At Jason Kent Sound & Lighting, we’ve provided unforgettable wedding entertainment for hundreds of couples across Toledo, Findlay, Lima, Port Clinton, Mansfield, and throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. We believe a great wedding DJ does more than play songs — we coordinate the reception, guide the flow of the night, creatively mix genres, and keep the energy right from dinner through the last dance. Our job is to complement your celebration, not steal the spotlight.

On our Instagram, you’ll find real DJ footage — no crickets chirping, no endless Cha Cha Slide clips. Real moments in live action, not just highlight reels set to one song (often not the actual song playing). We showcase real DJ work in 2025–2026: clean transitions, crowd control, professional announcements, live mixing and scratching, and the occasional funny moment.
Other vendors and venues always told us if couples could see what we actually do at events, they’d be blown away. So we made it our mission to document and share real moments from real events.
Our DJs don’t just press play. We read the room, creatively mix across genres, and control the energy all night long—and we have the proof to back it up.

Corporate events can be organize in a variety of different ways. Please contact us to schedule a consultation or feel free to forward the details of your event via our Contact Page. We will return a proposal within one business day. Corporate pricing differs from our wedding.

We'll bring the props, you bring the fun! Our automated open-booth design and backdrops allow for larger groups.
Our photobooth can instantly deliver digital pictures, gifs, and boomerangs directly to you and your guest's phones via sms or email!* For an additional fee, we can also add the printing option that lets you and your guests instantly print 2x6" photostrips with four photos on customizable print layouts.
After the event, all photos will be uploaded to our facebook page for you to share, tag, or download! Automated operation with on-screen instructions, filters, and delivery options. Just press start for photobooth fun!

Get your guests involved with the Song Request Feature!
Why wait until the reception to make a song request and dedications?
Let your guests make song requests and dedications now!
Simply log into the site, go to your event in the control panel, and make sure you copy the link that says "Share Song Request Link". Share it via a facebook post or message or a text message. All your guests have to do is enter their email (to prove who they are) and simply follow the link sent to them to request a song and make a dedication. Don't worry we won't spam them, and you can keep track of your song requests through your dashboard where it says "View Requests". At our final consultation we will go over it to make sure you approve the list :) That easy!
